Since the mid-80’s, Rodolphe-Yves Lapointe has worked successively as a musician, journalist, actor, screenwriter, international aid worker, university searcher, translator and director of multidisciplinary events. Since 2005, he has been exploring various aspects of art actuel, such as install-action, sound poetry, geo-poetical action and performance. His works have been presented in different artist-run centers and festivals.
