Masha Godovannaya is a filmmaker and visual artist based in St. Petersburgh, Russia. Godovannaya completed her MFA at Bard College. After living in New York for seven years, she returned to St. Petersburg where she teaches at St. Petersburg State University. Masha’s work has been shown internationally at festivals, screenings and galleries. Her son, Timofei, is nine and a half years old in 2012.
