Cameron McKittrick's recent activity is focused on musical action, identity, and empowerment within and between communities. Recent collaborative projects include sound for Christopher Brauer's 2004 Canadian premiere of The Power of the Dog , Rover, a guerrilla  wireless-audio installation for the Open Ears Festival of Music and Sound and music for Rene  Albert's film Sanscesse (2000). Cameron's compositions have been performed by the Standing Wave ensemble, the Vancouver New Music ensemble, the Penderecki String Quartet, and Arraymusic.
