Leslie Wyber has performed extensively throughout Canada as a piano soloist and collaborative musician, and is a former member of the Vancouver- based Standing Wave Ensemble. Her interest in the cognitive and social value of broadly integrated creative music-making has led to a wide array of program development. She co-created the Sonic Playground, an environment designed to playfully encourage musical exploration. Leslie is co-founder of the Guelph School of Music and holds a Doctor of Musical Arts in piano performance from the University of British Columbia.
